All Vendors must pay the prescribed concession and clean up fees. The concession fee of $60.00 includes a 20 x 20 vendor space and two admissions. Additional space is available at $3.00 per frontage foot. The vendor area will be laid out in advance. Additional worker cost will be $15.00 each. The clean up fee is $50.00 and is refunded if the vendor space is left clean. Clean up deposit will be mailed within 10 days after the run. Registration deadline is 14 days prior to the run.
All Food Vendors are responsible for any permits, licenses—city, state or county fees applicable to their business. Washington County A.B.A.T.E. does not endorse any product or service except its own.
All Vendor Fees must be paid 14 days in advance of the event regardless of weather or attendance. Washington County A.B.A.T.E. cannot be held responsible for the weather. The event will happen anyway. If the event is canceled by Washington County A.B.A.T.E. all vendors will be notified and all vendor fees will be returned.
All Vendors are responsible for their own equipment. Washington County A.B.A.T.E. will not be responsible for the securing of vendor’s equipment (generators, burners, tables, chairs, etc.) This goes for objects offered for sale as well.
All Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance with Washington County A.B.A.T.E. as additional insured on the policy. Copy of the insurance policy needs to be included with the registration form.
All Vendors are responsible for their own garbage. There will be a dumpster on site. Garbage bags are available at the information booth if you need more than you brought.
All Vendors using generators need sound deadening boards. This is a courtesy for others.
No solicitation in camping areas.
Potable water will be on site.
No electricity will be provided.
No pets.
Gate will be open for vendors at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
